Account Deletion & Data Removal

This page explains how users of the GoGoGo Customer App and the GoGoGo Partner (Driver) App can permanently delete their account and associated personal data.

What deletion means: Your personal data (e.g., profile details, KYC documents, ride or booking history) is permanently erased and can’t be recovered. Certain records required by law (e.g., tax invoices, fraud‑prevention logs) may be retained for the minimum period mandated by applicable laws and then deleted.

Customer App – Delete Your Account

Option A: Delete from within the app

  1. Open the GoGoGo Customer App.
  2. Go to ProfileAccount SettingsDelete Account.
  3. Verify your identity using your registered mobile number or email, then confirm.
  4. You’ll receive an in‑app confirmation and an email notification when deletion is completed.

Option B: Request by email (if you can’t access the app)

  1. Send an email to support@visiongogogo.com with subject: Account Deletion – Customer.
  2. Include your full name, registered phone number, and registered email address.

We’ll verify the request and process deletion within 7 business days.

Partner (Driver) App – Delete Your Account

Option A: Delete from within the app

  1. Open the GoGoGo Partner App.
  2. Go to ProfileAccount SettingsDelete Account.
  3. Complete identity verification and confirm deletion.
  4. We’ll notify you in‑app and by email when the deletion is complete.

Option B: Request by email (if you can’t access the app)

  1. Email support@visiongogogo.com with subject: Account Deletion – Partner.
  2. Include your full name, registered phone number, registered email address, and (if applicable) vehicle/partner ID.

We’ll verify the request and process deletion within 7 business days.

Scope of Deletion

Data we delete

  • Profile data: name, contact details, profile photo
  • KYC/verification documents and images
  • Trip/ride and booking history
  • Device and usage identifiers linked to your account
  • Saved preferences and in‑app settings

Data we may retain (limited)

  • Mandatory financial & tax records (as per law)
  • Fraud prevention & security logs (limited time)
  • Open disputes, chargebacks, or compliance holds

Any retained data is stored securely, access‑restricted, and permanently deleted after the retention period.
