1. Agreement Overview

This electronic agreement is made under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applies to all users of Vision GoGoGo (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms may be updated at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2. Accounts and User Responsibilities

• Users must create and maintain an active account with accurate information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.
• Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. User Conduct

• Use the app and website only for lawful purposes.
• Do not misuse, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the services.
• Respect other users, customers, and partners at all times.
• Do not share false, misleading, or offensive content.

4. Partner (Driver) Obligations

• Maintain valid driving license, vehicle documents, and insurance.
• Provide safe and lawful transportation services.
• Comply with local traffic regulations and GoGoGo operational guidelines.
• Keep your vehicle clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.

5. Payments and Fees

• Fares are calculated as per applicable rates displayed in the app.
• Vision GoGoGo may charge platform or service fees.
• All payments are processed securely via authorized gateways.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and content appearing on the app and website are the property of Vision GoGoGo or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vision GoGoGo provides services on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The transportation contract exists solely between the customer and the driver.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Vision GoGoGo harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the account with seven (7) days’ notice. Vision GoGoGo may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for misconduct, non-compliance, or fraudulent activity.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to mediation and, if unresolved, arbitration under Indian law. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be reflected by changing the “Last Updated” date below. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
