App Permissions (Android/iOS)
We request certain permissions to deliver core features. These are used only for their stated purpose and can be managed in your device settings.
Access & identity
- READ_PHONE_STATE – device verification / account integrity
- GET_ACCOUNTS – select a device account for sign‑in where applicable
- RECEIVE_SMS / OTP read (if enabled) – one‑time verification
Media & camera
- CAMERA – capture images for KYC or document checks
- READ/WRITE FILES (Images/Documents) – upload required documents
Contacts (optional)
- READ_CONTACTS – enable emergency contact features
Location
- ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION & ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION – accurate pickups, drop‑offs, and delivery of location‑based features
- ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION – continuous tracking for active trips (primarily partner/driver app)
We do not share location or contact data with third parties for advertising. Permissions can be revoked anytime in your device settings.
How We Use Data
- Provide and improve booking, trip, navigation, and support features
- Verify identities, prevent fraud, and ensure platform safety
- Comply with legal requirements and enforce our Terms of Use
- Communicate service notices, updates, and support responses

- No selling of personal data.
